How to Initiate a Return:

Our policy aligns with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) & Newzealand Consumer Law (NCL), ensuring your rights to a replacement or refund for major failures, and repair or replacement if goods do not meet acceptable quality standards.

Important Notice on User-Generated Data:

Please back up all essential data before returning devices for repair, as they may be reset to factory settings. Dadystree does not offer data backup or recovery services.

Returning Faulty Products Within Warranty:

• If you suspect a product is faulty within the warranty period, raise a ticket or visit our store for assessment.
• Repairs, replacements, or refunds will be initiated only after confirming the fault.
• Replacements will not be dispatched before the faulty product is received.

14-Day Change of Mind Policy:

• Unused and Sealed Items: No restocking fee.
• Opened Items: May incur a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns After 14 Days: Not accepted unless faulty; a minimum 15% restocking fee applies.
• Non-Refundable Costs: Payment surcharges and shipping costs.
